How it works
Internal or private.
An internal agent takes questions from the whole organization; a private one only from identities you grant.
Asking is not configuring.
Roles split participant from maintainer from owner, so sharing an agent does not mean handing over its settings.
Access is a query.
Permissions derive from relationships rather than a matrix — "who can talk to the finance agent" has an exportable answer.
